Water Supply
Wastewater is pumped from the storage tank into the evaporator automatically using high/low level sensors.
Electric Heating
Immersion-type electric heaters raise the temperature of the water, converting it to vapor.
Vapor Venting
Vapors are discharged through a vent stack assisted by a blower box to improve airflow.
Sludge Removal
The remaining sludge is manually inspected and removed through the top access door or drained through a drain valve.
Temperature Control
