KTEC Sump Sucker sucks all the fluid (Coolant Or Neat Oil) along with the swat" from the machine sump lust like a vacuum cleaner with more power. 

Once the machine sump is clean, fluid can be returned to the sump again that too within seconds and guess what swarf is entrapped in the system and can be removed easily.
 KTEC Sump Sucker uses compressed air to create a powerful suction to entrap all chips and fluid. Same compressed air is used to return fluid back to sump.

Product Application Scope

 

• Applicable to the cleaning of metal, non-metal scraps, sludge, etc. in the coolant tank of the machine tool;

• The product is not suitable for corrosive liquids such as strong acids, alkalis and organic solutions.

KTEC Sump sucker is a revolutanory tool designed to ease metal working fluid handeling, tank cleaning and chips removal. 
It helps to reduce Coolant tank cleaning time drastically.

KTEC Sump Sucker operates in 2 modes 1. Online 2. Offline.

Online Mode:  KTEC Sump Sucker sucks out all the coolant, oils and chips. Chips are entraped in a basket equipped with a filter of 50 microns and the Filterd coolant is returned back to the Machine Tool Coolant Tank. In online mode (Filtration Mode) Machine tools can be running as it will suck and return coolant back to the tank.
Advantage of online mode is chips can be removed from the machine tool coolant tank without stopping the machine.

Offline Mode:
Machine Vacuums out all the coolant, oils, chips from the coolant tank and the machine stops.
Coolant needs to be pumped to the tank manually.

In both modes Chip Basket has to be removed manually.
Chip Basket size is 30 L in volume.

Sump sucker can be used for almost all kind of chips like Cast Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Bronze, Copper, Brass, Gunmetal, Plastics.
